US DISTRICT JUDGE JAMES ROSENBAUM (RET.) US DISTRICT COURT, DISTRICT OF MINNESOTA
Judge Rosenbaum is a Minnesota native who began practice in Chicago, Illinois, as a VISTA lawyer, trying federal civil rights cases. In 1972, he returned to private practice in Minnesota, specializing in trial work, and later was named one of Minnesota's "100 Most Influential Lawyers." In 1981, Judge Rosenbaum was appointed Minnesota's United States Attorney, serving until 1985, when he was appointed to the United States District Court. From 1997 to 2005, Judge Rosenbaum served as the Eighth Circuit's elected representative to the Judicial Conference of the United States, the Judiciary's governing authority. His articles in The Green Bag, In Defense of the Delete Key, In Defense of the Hard Drive, In Defense of the Sugar Bowl, and In Defense of Rule 808, are recognized for their analysis of the intersection of law, privacy and technology. For the past several years Judge Rosenbaum has lectured, both at home and abroad, on legal technology, electronic discovery, and intellectual property issues, and he serves on the Advisory Board of The Sedona Conference®

STEVEN BENNETT, ESQ. JONES DAY - NEW YORK, NEW YORK
Steven Bennett is a partner in the New York office of Jones Day, where his practice focuses on domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration, including cases involving bankruptcy, construction, corporate, energy, insurance, intellectual property, and securities. He also serves as chair of the firm's e-Discovery Committee. Before joining Jones Day, he served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York and Chief of its Tax and Bankruptcy Unit. He is a member of the Large Case Advisory Committee for the American Arbitration Association and a member of the ADR Subcommittee of the New York State Bar Association Committee on Civil Litigation. Mr. Bennett is the author of Arbitration: Essential Concepts (American Lawyer Media, 2002) and writes a continuing column, "Arbitration," which has appeared in the New York Law Journal since 2004. He is a founding member of The Sedona Conference® Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure. He also co-teaches courses on advanced civil procedure (e- discovery) at Rutgers Law School, and similar courses at New York Law School and Fordham.

Mr. Speros is an attorney who serves law firms, in-house corporate counsel and governmental entities by leading litigation-related automation projects. Duane Lites has over 20 years of litigation support experience, and has spent 12 of those managing Litigation Support departments in several large law firms. He is currently the Director of Litigation Support at Jackson Walker LLP in Dallas, TX. He is a frequent speaker and very active in the litigation support industry. Matt Rita's practice encompasses complex litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, with substantial experience in the employment law arena. Mr. Gallagher has been involved in helping companies handle records management and eDiscovery issues since 1994. He is the co-chair of the Technology Subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s Employment Rights and Responsibilities committee, and regularly speaks and moderates programs on electronic discovery around the country. He is a member of The Sedona Conference’s Working Group on Best Practices for Electronic Document Retention and Production, and recently drafted white papers for The Sedona Conference on proportionality and judicial tools for eDiscovery. He is currently leading the Sedona Conference team that is drafting the conference’s newest commentary on “Proportionality in the e-Discovery Process.” Gallagher was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in 2011.
