JAMES BATSON, ESQ.
Liddle & Robinson, LLP - New York, New York

    Attorney Batson was Plaintiff Laura Zubulake’s attorney
    in the landmark case Zubulake v. UBS Warburg, et al.  
    Mr. Batson has been a speaker for several national
    organizations discussing the historical significance of
    the Zubulake case and the widely followed Orders of
    United Stated District Court Judge Shira Scheindlin.

MAGISTRATE JUDGE CRAIG B. SHAFFER
United States District Court - District of Colorado

    Magistrate Judge Shaffer has served as a Magistrate
    Judge for the USDC, District of Colorado since 2001.   
    Magistrate Judge Shaffer is also an Adjunct Professor
    at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.  He
    also serves on the Sedona Conference Advisory Board,
    and has given several presentations concerning the
    Federal Rules of Civil Procedure revisions concerning
    electronic discovery and evidence.

    Attorney David K. Isom consults throughout the country
    on electronic discovery and electronic document
    retention.  Mr. Isom has published numerous articles
    on electronic discovery and depositions, including
    recently, "Electronic Discovery Primer for Judges,"and
    has presented at seminars on electronic discovery,
    electronic document retention, information security, and
    ethics throughout the United States.  Additionally, Mr.
    Isom has served on the Sedona Conference Working

    Attorney Charles Mitchell's practice focuses on a broad
    range of complex civil litigation matters, including
    commercial contract litigation, shareholder suits,
    business torts, employment matters, False Claims Act
    litigation, and land use disputes. In addition, Mr. Mitchell
    represents public companies and individuals in
    connection with government investigations and
